Serving authentic Italian style woodfired pizzas from our restored vintage 1947 Dodge Fargo farm truck, we guarantee you an event that is memorable, hassle free and tasty!
Weddings, parties and corporate gatherings are our specialty. We offer a range of catering options to suit all types of celebrations while working within your budget, tastes and dietary requirements. Along with our range of handmade Italian style woodfired pizzas, we also offer grazing tables, hot canapes, pasta and dessert options.

Our truck is fully licensed, with several drink packages available depending on your budget, including tap beer (craft or commercial), champagne/sparkling wine, white & red wine, spirits and non-alcoholic drinks. Our serving staff are RSA trained. We can provide all stemware, either disposable plastic or glass.
We cater to all dietary requirements, offering gluten free and vegan options. Whilst our menu is typically Italian, we can also prepare Aussie faves such as Hawaiian or Meatlovers pizzas.

Pizzas are served whole and sliced on a trestle table placed alongside our truck for guests to help themselves. Alternatively our wait staff can wander through your crowd serving your guests. We provide all serving ware, again either disposable or ceramic plates.
The truck is equipped with an awesome sound system to help you get your party started and a striking illuminated rooftop sign to help set the mood. It comes with a silenced generator which allows us to be completely self-sufficient, so if you are thinking a paddock in the middle of nowhere, we can make it happen!
The truck is 6.5m long, 2.4m wide and 3.2m high Including the rooftop sign. Unfortunately most indoor locations aren’t good for her as the ventilation won’t allow her to breathe properly. She just loves to frolic in wide open spaces.
Built onto a fully restored 1947 Dodge Fargo, this farm truck began her life as a work horse in Tasmania. We bet she never envisaged she would see so much fun later in life!
We specialise in private events – we love weddings, parties and corporate functions. However we don’t mind the odd festival either!
Host us at your property, or alternatively, we can suggest some amazing outdoor locations throughout SE Qld.
